All artwork, designs, photographs, and written content on this site are the property of 1 Oak Modern unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Digital downloads (art prints, mood boards, and other digital products) are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Purchasing a digital download does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or design. Resale, redistribution, or commercial use of any digital product — including the file itself or prints made from it — is prohibited without prior written consent from 1 Oak Modern.

Furniture & Custom Work

Furniture pieces are restored or built to order. Photos and descriptions are accurate to the best of our ability, but minor variations in wood grain, finish, and vintage materials are expected and are part of the character of each piece, not a defect.
